“mono,” a TV anime adaptation of the four-panel manga by Afro of “Yuru Camp△,” has been announced for broadcast in 2025. Mikawa Kazuki has been chosen to play the main character, Amemiya Satsuki, and the character visual and voice PV have been released.

The original manga, serialized in “Manga Time Kirara Carat” (published by Houbunsha), depicts high school girls from the Cinephoto Club, a combination of the photography and video research clubs, finding ways to enjoy their weekends.

The daily lives of the high school girls are depicted while cutting out the scenery centered around Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, using various techniques such as shooting with a 360-degree panoramic camera and a pseudo-drone with a camera attached to a kite. Mikawa’s comment on Satsuki is as follows.

Mikawa Kazuki (Amemiya Satsuki): I was so happy when I discovered that I could participate as Satsuki-chan. I had a lot of fun on the audition stage, so I’m excited that many fun things will come. Playing Satsuki-chan, I want to be honest and natural and live with a fresh and sparkling feeling towards everything.
