A special program featuring the cast of the TV anime “Mono,” “TV Anime ‘mono’ Mono no Hitotoki,” will be broadcast live for free exclusively on ABEMA from 11 pm on Saturday, June 7th. In addition, the latest episodes up to episode 8 will also be broadcast free of charge from 7 pm on the same day.

“Mono” is a popular four-panel manga serialized in “Manga Time Kirara Carat” by Afro, who is known for ” Laid-Back Camp△ “. It depicts the daily lives of high school girls who belong to the “Cinephoto Club,” a combination of the photography club and the film research club, along with the scenery of Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, where the story takes place.

The TV anime will be broadcast every Saturday night from midnight, starting in April 2025, and will be available simultaneously on terrestrial TV and the web at the fastest speed.

The innovative direction and beautiful visuals, achieved through various techniques such as panoramic night view shooting with 360° cameras and pseudo drone shooting, along with a heartwarming storyline, have gained popularity.

The special program “Mono no Hitotoki” will feature the cast of “Cinephotobu” including Kazuki Mikawa (role of Satsuki Amemiya), Aoi Koga (role of Ann Kiriyama), and Hikaru Tono (role of Sakurako Shikishima). In addition to a talk looking back on the story, variety shows related to the work, such as “Let’s fly a drone!” and “Let’s enjoy mono gourmet!” are also planned.

Additionally, episodes 1 through 8 will be broadcast free of charge starting at 7 pm on Saturday, June 7th, just before the special program. All episodes will be available to watch for free for one week after the broadcast.
