“The Unpopular Occupation of Appraiser is Actually the Strongest” is a novel by Ibarakino that originated from “Let’s Become a Novelist” (※1). It is a fantasy adventure that has been well received. Fuji Morohoshi adapted it into a manga, which is currently being serialized in “Magapoke” (Kodansha).
In this work, the protagonist Ain, who was given the job of an appraiser, which is said to be an unfortunate job that can only appraise materials, and lived a servile life, meets the spirit Yuri and his guardian, the wise Ursula, and his fate begins to move forward.
This is a fantasy story about a significant life turnaround. “Let’s Become a Novelist” has exceeded 41 million page views and surpassed 1 million copies published, making it a very popular work. The long-awaited TV anime will start in January 2025, and attention is focused on Ain’s remarkable turnaround.
This time, ABEMA has decided to broadcast the unique program “TV Anime ‘The Unpopular Job [Appraiser] Was the Strongest’ Special Vol.4” exclusively for free, and Toya Kikunosuke (voice of Ain), Tono Hikaru (voice of Yuri), and Ichinose Kana (voice of Alice) will appear. Tien Shinhan will join them at a game related to the series.
In addition, starting at 5:30 pm on Thursday, March 6, just before the special program airs, there will be a complimentary recap of the first eight episodes.
“The Unpopular Job of Appraiser is the Strongest” is streamed exclusively on ABEMA every Thursday from 11:30 pm, simultaneously with terrestrial broadcasts.
