Mono”, which is currently being serialized in Houbunsha’s “Manga Time Kirara Carat,” is a “how to have fun this weekend manga” drawn by Afro, who started a camping boom with his representative work “Laid-Back Camp△, “which was also made into an anime and live-action film, and is centered around high school girls who belong to the “Cinephoto Club,” a combination of the photography club and the video research club. Using various techniques such as shooting with a 360° panoramic camera and a pseudo-drone with a camera attached to a kite, the scenery, and their daily lives, mainly in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, are captured.
The TV anime will feature the works of Afro, who worked on ” Hidamari Sketch ” and “Bocchi the Rock! The team of Aniplex and Houbunsha, who have produced animated works such as “My Little Monster!,” will be joined by the up-and-coming Studio Soine. The staff is made up of up-and-coming creators, including director Aike Ryota from “Jujutsu Kaisen: Kaigyoku Tamaori/Shibuya Incident,” character designer Miyahara Takuya from “Asteroid in Love,” and series composition by Yonaiyama Yoko from “Yubisaki to Renren.” It has now been announced that the series will begin airing in April 2025. Additionally, character visuals and a promotional video for Komada Hanako have been released, revealing that Kawase Maki will play the role.
