by A preview of the first episode, a synopsis, and a promotional commercial for the TV anime “Until a Witch Dies,” which will begin airing in April, have been released.
“Until a Witch Dies” is based on a fantasy novel by Saka and Korefuji, currently being published by Dengeki no Shinbungei (KADOKAWA).
The story follows Meg Raspberry, an apprentice witch cursed with only one year left to live, as she struggles to gather 1,000 people’s worth of “tears of joy” to break the curse. ABEMA will broadcast the show on the web before its terrestrial broadcast every Tuesday night at midnight.
