by The latest information has been announced for Season 2 of the TV anime Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru, which will begin airing in July 2025. Following Season 1, Spira Spica will perform the opening theme.
The opening theme for Season 2 has been decided to be Spira Spica’s new song “Ao to Kirameki.” Regarding this song, which was written specifically for the TV anime, Spira Spica’s Mikko commented, “I created a song that makes you want to sing along with everyone and high-five with a smile.” Parts of the song are also used in the OP Reveal PV, which was also released.
The additional staff for this work were also announced. Keisuke Shinohara will continue to serve as director after Season 1, Yoriko Tomita will be in charge of series composition, and Kazumasa Ishida will be in charge of character design and general animation direction. CloverWorks will produce the work.
Furthermore, an advanced screening of “TV Anime ‘Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru’ Season 2 Advance Screening ~We have no choice but to raise the bar seriously!~” will be held at Ikebukuro HU MAX Cinemas on Sunday, June 29th. After the screening, cast members Himena Naota (Marin Kitagawa), Shoya Ishige (Niina Gojou), and Director Shinohara are scheduled to appear on stage.
