by The broadcast date for the TV anime “Oni no Hanayome” has been set for 2026. The teaser visual, teaser PV, main cast, and staff have been announced.
“Oni no Hanayome” is a Japanese-style Cinderella story set in Japan, where humans and ayakashi coexist. Hayami Saori plays Shinonome Yuzuko, a high school girl who lives a life unloved by her family, and Umehara Yuichiro plays Kiryuin Reiya, the next head of the demon clan, who holds the top position among ayakashi.
Omiya Kazuhito directs the film. Colored Pencil Animation Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the Chinese animation studio Colored Pencil Animation, will produce animation. The teaser visual depicts Yuzuko with a somewhat melancholic look, and Reiya embracing her from behind as if possessing her. The teaser PV includes character voices for Yuzuko and Reiya. This new information was announced at the online event ” Aniplex Online Fest 2025, ” held today, September 13th.
