The first movie version of “Digimon,” a prequel to the TV anime, was released in 1999. This time, the movie version of “Digimon Adventure” will be released. The story is about a mysterious egg that appears from the computer in the house where Taichi Yagami and Hikari Yagami live, and a strange creature called Koromon is born.
During the spring break of 1995, the chosen children first came into contact with Digimon, and this incident became the cause of “why they were chosen” in the main anime. It depicts the incident that would later be treated as the “Hikarigaoka bombing terrorist incident” in the TV series. Directed by Mamoru Hosoda and written by Reiko Yoshida, this free distribution commemorates the 25th anniversary of the Digimon series.
