This is the excellent nature of the girl called Bulma… To fulfill her promise to Roshi-sennin (CV: Kohei Miyauchi) to “touch her breasts,” Bulma (CV: Hiromi Tsuru) asks Oolong (CV: Naoki Tatsuta) to transform into an identical version of herself as a substitute. Bulma was delighted when Oolong transformed into an identical version of herself.

Son Goku (CV: Masako Nozawa) and his friends come to Mount Frying Pan to get the sixth Dragon Ball, but the Dragon Ball they are looking for is inside King Gyuma’s castle, which is engulfed in flames. Goku manages to break in but is forced to give up due to the extreme heat.

Gyumaoh (voiced by Daisuke Gori) asks Goku to borrow the fan from Kame-sennin, thinking it might be able to put out the flames. Goku picks up Gyumaoh’s daughter, Chi-Chi (voiced by Mayumi So), on the way, and together, they head to Kame House, where Kame-sennin lives.

After hearing Goku’s story, Master Roshi offered Goku the condition that in exchange for lending his fan, he be allowed to touch Bulma’s breasts, asking, ” Can I touch her boobs?” Goku, not understanding what he was talking about, lightly agreed, saying, “Why not? I can touch Bulma’s boobs,” and the deal was concluded.

However, no matter how much they searched the house, they could not find the Basho fan. It turned out that Master Roshi had been using the fan as a pot holder and had thrown it away after wonton juice had spilled on it and made it dirty. Hearing this, Chi-Chi burst into tears, saying, “I can’t put out the fire,” Goku also showed signs of disappointment, saying, “Even the Dragon Balls are no good.” Master Roshi spoke forcefully, saying, “Very well, in that case, I’ll go to Mount Frying Pan myself and put out the fire.”

“Grandpa, can you do that?” Goku worries, but Master Roshi arrives at Mount Frying Pan, exerts himself, bulges his muscular body, and performs his secret technique, the Kamehameha. He successfully blows away the flames engulfing Gyumaoh’s castle.

Master Roshi got too excited and blew up the castle, but Bulma found the Dragon Balls safely in the castle’s ruins. Bulma tried to leave before Master Roshi remembered the condition, but Master Roshi hadn’t forgotten his lewd promise, so she was stopped.

So Bulma came up with a plan. She took Oolong into the shadows and asked him to transform into her and deal with Master Roshi. Oolong was reluctant but couldn’t refuse, so he transformed once, but his new appearance was chubby and entirely unrecognizable. Naturally, Bulma retorted, “What’s with that ugly guy? Look more closely!” so Oolong transformed again. This time, he looked so much like the real Roshi that it was impossible to tell which was which.

Bulma was so impressed by how well he did it that she praised her beauty, saying, “Wow, I’m surprised! For a moment, I wondered why there was an actress here…” Oolong, who was supposed to be reluctant at first, was surprisingly into it, and when Master Roshi pressed him, saying, “Let me poke you right away,” he gave a vast “puff-puff” performance, saying, “Oh, you’re so innocent. Is it okay if I just poke you?” The only thing that echoed was Master Roshi’s happy voice: “Wow!” “Grrr!” “Awesome!”
