The game “Arne’s Case Files” has been announced to be adapted into a TV anime. A celebratory illustration has also been released.

The original work is a full-scale mystery game created by the game production team “Harumurasaki” and released in November 2017 on the serialized game distribution site “Game Magazine.” The story is about Arne Neuntater, a “legendary vampire” who works as a detective in Rügenberg, a city inhabited by strange creatures, and Lynn Reinweiss, a young lady who is the daughter of a prestigious aristocrat and has a hobby of being a “vampire otaku.”

After a specific incident, Lynn works as an assistant at Arne’s detective agency. This is a full-scale mystery and gothic fantasy in which the mismatched buddy duo approaches the truth behind the strange cases that occur one after another.

At the Niconico Chokaigi 2019, a blood donation booth in collaboration with the Japanese Red Cross Society broke records when the tank became full, and the donation was stopped midway. The series has also been actively mixed in media, with a comic serialization starting in the monthly Comic Gene magazine in November 2018. Today, the 7th anniversary of the original game’s launch, it was announced that it will be made into an anime.
