Character designer Noguchi Takayuki has drawn a new version of the heroine, Shiina Mahiru, “the most beautiful girl in school. ” Her outfit is original to the visual.
“The Angel Next Door Turned Me Into a Useless Person Without Me Noticing” is a light novel by Saeki and illustrated by Hanekoto. It tells the love story of Fujimiya Shu, a high school freshman who has just started living alone, and Shiina Mahiru, the most beautiful school girl living in the apartment next door.
The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2023. Yasuto Saka played Shu Fujimiya, and Manaka Iwami played Mayu Shiina. Taku Yashiro and Haruka Shiraishi also appeared. The show was produced by Project No.9, which also produced “Weak Character Tomozaki-kun.”
