Thousands of years after a mysterious phenomenon suddenly occurred, turning all of humanity to stone in an instant… In a world where civilization has collapsed, Senku, a young scientist with a superhuman intellect, awakens. The TV anime “Dr. Stone” tells the story of Senku’s adventures, using his genius scientific powers to take on new challenges.
The original “Dr. Stone” (original story by Inagaki Riichiro, art by Boichi) was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from issue 14 of 2017 to issue 14 of 2022, and won the Next Manga Award 2018 (second place in the comics category) and the Shogakukan Manga Award (boys’ category). The comics have sold over 19 million copies.
Episode 19 “STONE SANCTUARY”
Nikki and the others are tasked with creating diamonds to power the petrification device as part of a mission from Senku. The entire team works together and, in the absence of a scientist, creates diamonds from scratch! Meanwhile, Senku and his friends are heading for Araxa, a city in Brazil that is rich in rare metals and is home to Stone Sanctuary, to create a city of super alloys. However, Stanley and his friends, who have received a secret message from Xeno, have also begun to move ahead!
