Set in the fictitious 23 wards of Tokyo, the outlaw groups in each ward use a baseball-based “extreme baseball” duel method to develop a battle for their prestige.
Based on the original work of the creator group “Too Kyo Games” led by Kazutaka Kodaka of the “Danganronpa” series, it is a battle action story in which unique outlaws fight in a fictional Tokyo setting.
