Micro Magazine announced that on the 26th, the comic series, ELMO, ” Elf Living in Kanagawa,” currently being serialized, will be adapted into a live-action drama and a TV anime.
The live-action drama is scheduled to begin airing on September 30 as part of TVK Television Kanagawa’s program “Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide.” The TV anime will air within the same program starting in December.
The anime will be produced using the “Light Animation®” method developed by DNP. Light Animation® is a new production process that significantly reduces production time and costs compared to traditional animation production methods. DNP has been offering this method since August 2022, primarily to publishers of manga originals and content-holding companies.
