An illustration is drawn to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the TV anime (Nippon TV) broadcast of Yoshihiro Togashi’s popular manga “HUNTER x HUNTER” which will be released on October 11th. At the same time, Megumi Han, who played Gon Freecss, and Mariya Ise, who played Killua Zoldyck, made congratulatory comments.

“HUNTER x HUNTER” is based on the manga of the same name that started serializing in “Weekly Shonen Jump” (Shueisha) in 1998. Gon, a boy who left his hometown to become the same professional hunter as his father, who broke up when he was young, is depicted as adventuring with his friends such as Kirua. It was broadcast from October 2011 to September 2014.

The illustration is drawn by Takahiro Yoshimatsu, who worked on the character design, and has a layout featuring Gon, Kirua, Kurapika, Leorio, and Hisoka. Gon and Kirua express “1” and “0” by their abilities, respectively.

Mr. Ban, who played Gon, commented, “It was my beginning and the starting point that will not change. It has been ten years since I stood at the starting point.” “The hunters have given me a lot of encounters and irreplaceable things in my life. Thanks to all of you for the continued development. I want to say thank you and congratulations to all of you so far. “.

Mr. Ise, who plays the role of Kirua, confessed, “I am now living my life as a voice actor because I met HUNTER x HUNTER when I was 14 years old.” “Ten years later, a girl who was just a Kirua fan will play Kirua at the age of 24 … I have a dream (laughs). It’s been another ten years since then …! I want you to continue to be loved. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! “
