by Cast information and a PV revealing the cast for the anime Blade & Bastard have been released. Furukawa Makoto will play the role of Iarmus, an adventurer who has lost his memory and is recovering the bodies of adventurers who have exhausted themselves in the labyrinth.
Kusunoki Tomori will play Garbage, an adventurer who is saved from peril by Iarmus, who does not speak human language and behaves like a stray dog. Yamashita Daiki will play the role of the budding thief Lalaja, Hayami Saori will play the role of Ainikki, a female elven priest who serves God, and Wakayama Shion will play the role of Belkanan, a large and timid budding magician.
The cast reveal PV introduces the cast along with an original illustration drawn by so-bin. Illustrations of Lalaja, Ainikki, and Belkanan have also been added to the currently released teaser visuals. “Blade & Bastard”, a collaboration between Kumo Kagyu of “Goblin Slayer” and so-bin of “Overlord”, is a dark fantasy set in the world of the RPG “Wizardry”.
