The theme song for the animation movie “Turtle’s shell is a rib” (released on October 28th), which is an animation movie set in a “very normal” high school, is an audition program “PRODUCE 101”. JAPAN SEASON 2″ will be performed by OCTPATH, a boy group of eight former trainees.
The trailer and main visual with the theme song “Like” has been released. Since their debut in February this year, the members of OCTPATH , who will be in charge of the movie theme song for the first time, “Suki na Hone,” will also be announced.
In the trailer released this time, the characters are lined up, and their school life is depicted. Combined with the up-tempo and danceable theme song “Like,” written under the theme of “STEP UP,” it is a refreshing image like a youth movie.
Regarding the theme song, director Masa Masa said, “Without a doubt, this year’s No. 1 rib song! A singing voice that’s as tolerant as a rib and a melody that makes you want to hit your rib!” It’s worth coming to the theater to listen to this song on the giant speakers.”
The main visuals that have been lifted are Kameda (CV: Hiroya Shimizu), Kaerugawa (CV: Yuto Isomura), school superstar Lion Temple (CV: Takuya Eguchi), and OCTPATH with the school building in the background. In addition, Kouhei Kurita, Wanibuchi (played by Mayu Yotsuya), students from the upper group such as Washizaki, and the dropout Kirinzawa (CV: Yukihiro Nozuyama) are all young people who spin their youth.
