by It has been announced that “Charisma,” a two-dimensional character content depicting a “superhuman shared house story,” will be adapted into a TV anime.
The announcement was made alongside a teaser video during the Makuhari performance of the “Charisma Gumbo Tour” at the Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba on November 29, 2025.
“Superhuman Share House Story ‘Charisma'” is a two-dimensional character content created by EVIL LINE RECORDS and Dazed, developers and operators of the music-based character rap project “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-.”
The original story was created by Dazed and Matsubara Shu, known for his screenplays for the anime series “Osomatsu-san” and “Gintama.” EVIL LINE RECORDS is in charge of music production, and illustrator Ebimo is in charge of character design. BALCOLONY is in charge of art direction.
The story follows a group of charismatic individuals living together in a shared house called “Charisma House” as they strive for greater heights. They include Yuki Ono as “the charisma of right and wrong, ” Riki Kusanagi as “the charisma of order, ” Katsumi Fukuhara as “the charisma of obedience,” Kei Sarukawa as “the charisma of rebellion,” Saku Hinata as “the charisma of internal punishment,” Tera as “the charisma of self-love,” and Tomohisa Hashizume as “the charisma of sex.”
The series launched in fall 2021 and has focused on music releases and YouTube dramas. Now, the series has been adapted into an anime. It has frequently ranked highly in the twice-yearly “Anime! Anime!” survey series on “Works You Want to See Adapted as Anime.”
The teaser trailer, released alongside the announcement of the TV anime adaptation, showcases the evolution of “Charisma” through drama and music videos. The film builds anticipation for the anime adaptation as it recalls various scenes. Future anime information will be announced as it becomes available, so stay tuned for more updates.
The “Charisma Gumbo Tour,” the most extensive live tour in the series’ history, promoting their third album, “Charisma Gumbo,” released in September, will conclude on November 30, with a “Looking Back Listening Party” scheduled for December 3 at 7 PM.
The “Looking Back Listening Party” will be held on the official King Records account within the “Stationhead” app. It will be an online after-party where fans can chat while listening to the live setlist in real time. It’s sure to be a fun event for both those who attended the concert and those who couldn’t make it to the venue.
