The popular manga My Hero Academia ( Hiroaka ) ended in the August 5 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. Many readers were sad to say goodbye to the unique heroes, but the seventh season of the anime is currently airing and continues to gain new fans.

Of course, there are days when it’s in time for the broadcast! “Hiroaka” Horikoshi Kohei’s gorgeous illustrated post. Meanwhile, author Horikoshi Kohei releases illustrations to coincide with the anime on his own X almost weekly. As it is a work with many famous characters, there is a wide variety, and it is also fun to see the looseness of the fact that “the anime was on” and often does not make it in time for the broadcast.

Rather than “program promotion,” it has a vital aspect of fan service while being extremely busy even after the serialization ended, and of course, there are no fans who complain about the post-facto announcement that “the Hero Academia anime was on about 18 hours ago”. Looking back, the first post of this season (May 12) was not completed in time for the anime broadcast, and Horikoshi commented, “The anime My Hero Academia aired yesterday, Saturday evening, from 5:30 pm! We were quite late.”

The illustration is a magnificent depiction of America’s No. 1 professional hero, “Stars and Stripes,” impressing fans who had just seen his exploits in the anime. Horikoshi has posted original illustrations at various times, but his work to match the anime broadcast almost every week is impressive. Will it be in time for the broadcast this week? It will be fun to guess what character will be drawn next as the anime unfolds.
