A “date visual” has also been released, featuring one of the heroines, Sakurazawa Sumi, on a train platform adorned with autumn leaves.

The story revolves around Kazuya, a 20-year-old college student who is dumped by his girlfriend, and meets Chizuru, a beautiful woman who works as a rental girlfriend. The total number of copies of the original comics published is over 13.5 million.
The first season of the TV anime aired from July to September 2020, the second from July to September 2022, and the third from July to September 2023. It was also made into a live-action TV drama. The fourth season will be split into two seasons.
