by The preview and synopsis of the second episode of the TV anime Babanbabanban Vampire, “The Unpleasant Vampire,” have been released. Whose virginity is Mori Ranmaru after? This work is an animated version of the manga of the same name by Hiromasa Okushima, which is currently being serialized in “Bessatsu Shonen Champion” (Akita Shoten). It is a “bloody romantic comedy” (BL) where love arrows cross with the steam of the night baths.
Mori Ranmaru, a 450-year-old vampire who works as a live-in part-timer at a public bath, watches over the growth and chastity of Li Jin (15 years old), the only son of the bathhouse, in search of the ultimate taste of “18-year-old virgin blood”. However, Li Jin falls in love at first sight with a girl in his class and gets into big trouble.
The second episode is titled “The Unpleasant Vampire.” Ranmaru contacts Aoi to interfere with Li Jin’s love life, but he is troubled by the fact that he left a word that seems to push Li Jin instead. Meanwhile, Aoi cannot hide her excitement for the vampire she meets for the first time.
The next day, Ranmaru goes on a recon mission and witnesses Aoi and Rihito being harassed by delinquents on their way home from school. Rihito manages to protect Aoi, even though he gets beaten up. That night, as Ranmaru is sitting at the reception desk of Koi no Yu, a visitor arrives in the women’s bath. It is Aoi who appears.
