Winners of the “Anime to the World! Novel Award Grand Prize Title: “I’m sorry about my hometown, but my mother (the heroine) forces me to surround myself with people, and I’m not treated like a bride in the frontier where I married, but thanks to that, I can live freely!” Author: Puri Comment by organizer A love romance about a princess who is banished from the royal palace by her mother, the queen, and finds happiness in the frontier where she is banished. Despite being in an unfortunate situation, the story overcomes difficulties with the help of a stuffed animal brought to life by magic, gradually gains the trust of those around her, and finds happiness.

This is a light-hearted work that is somehow filled with fairy-tale kindness. When it is made into a movie, this heartwarming worldview is likely to capture the hearts of many people, which was a significant factor in its winning the grand prize. The work is full of many interesting elements, such as a villainous young lady, a broken engagement, and a slow life, without causing them to clash. Please enjoy this marriage story of a tomboy princess and a stuffed animal as they happily run toward happiness.

Special Award Title: “Dungeon Sumikko Gurashi – The world is desperately searching for a streamer who is unaware of their abilities. Come out of the dungeon quickly!? -” Author: Natsume Nanase Organizer’s comment: This work combines the unrivaled ability of Sumi, who broadcasts on the “Dungeon Sumikko Gurashi” channel, with comedy elements in a modern world where dungeons suddenly appear.

Although the story development is a bit rough, it is packed with the charms of a light novel, such as “unparalleled misunderstandings,” “comedy with gaps in perspective,” and “crafting & city building + super-strong,” and I enjoyed reading it very much. Many people appreciated the comical aspect of the protagonist Sumi’s unconscious and outrageous behavior, which viewers can collectively poke fun at. Although there are still some areas that need improvement, the work’s potential was recognized, and it was awarded a special award.

Special Award Title: “I was tutoring a handsome boy when he proposed to me?” Author: Miyamae Aoi Organizer’s comment: This is a work that allows you to enjoy the outrageous exploits and romance of a count’s daughter, Sheriane, who is missing her chance at marriage, when a handsome older man asks her to tutor his son. The story development was fast-paced in parts, but the main character, Sheriane, was charming and memorable.

The story has a strong central axis of love and the resolution of the incident that stands in the way of that, so it is easy to imagine it being published as a book or expanding beyond that. During the judging process, we heard many evaluations of the story’s fast pace and its interest, as it is impossible to predict where the story is headed. We have decided to award this work a special prize in recognition of its potential and our hope that it will be published as a more complete book.
