The latest information on the new anime adaptation of the manga Cinderella Gray from the cross-media content Uma Musume series was announced on “Paka Live TV.” The anime will be broadcast on 28 TBS-affiliated stations nationwide starting in April, with a detailed broadcast schedule of “every Sunday at 4:30 p.m.”
This is an anime adaptation of the manga of the same name, which is currently being serialized in Weekly Young Jump and has a total circulation of over 6.5 million copies. The work’s main character is Oguri Cap, one of the Uma Musume, based on a real racehorse. Set in the desolate Kasamatsu Training Center Academy, Cygames Pictures produces the story of a young Cinderella “running” girl who is called a “monster” and overturns common sense with her overwhelming running.
The second teaser PV, including the main story footage and new cast information, was also released with this announcement. As for the theme song, it was decided that the opening theme song would be performed by an artist tie-up for the first time in the series. The new song “Koeru” will be used for the first season’s opening. Before the broadcast, there will be an advance screening of episodes 1 and 2 and a cast talk show, and advance lottery sales will begin late at night on February 22nd.
