The new anime ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ will be screened in theaters for the second time in a row. It depicts Futaro and the quintuplets’ honeymoon.

The TV particular anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets*,” a commemorative project for the 5th anniversary of the original series, is set to be a unique and thrilling experience for fans. The announcement of its theatrical release ahead of the TV broadcast adds an element of exclusivity, making it a must-see event. Starting Friday, September 20th, the three-week nationwide screening is a special treat for all fans.

In addition, teaser visuals and information on the opening and ending theme songs have also been released. The released visuals show the quintuplets wearing different colored muumuus with the vivid Hawaiian sea in the background, looking like high school students are having fun. This illustration is also used in the bonus transparent file that will be sold at theaters and majors nationwide from Friday, July 19th. In addition, information on the theme songs has been announced, including the opening theme song, “Five Equal Smiles,” and the ending theme song, “Memories.”

Continuing the tradition from previous years, the Nakano quintuplets (Hanazawa Kana, Taketatsu Ayana, Ito Miku, Sakura Ayane, Minase Inori) will once again take charge of all the songs in the film. It is a film adaptation of the honeymoon arc of Fuutaro and the Quintuplets, and once again, it is a 500% cute romantic comedy.
