“SAKAMOTO DAYS” is a solid action story about a hitman based on the manga by Yuto Suzuki. It has been serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” since 2020 and has a total circulation of over 6 million copies.
The story follows Taro Sakamoto, a former legendary hitman who retired one day after falling in love and is now so fat that he no longer resembles his former self. He fights against approaching assassins with his friends to protect his peaceful daily life with his beloved family. The key visual and central PV has been released along with the announcement of the broadcast start dates.
