by The second main promotional video for the TV anime “Kamitsubaki City Under Construction,” which will begin airing on 28 TBS affiliates every Thursday at 11:56 p.m. starting July 3, 2025, has been released.
“Kamitsubaki City Under Construction” is an original IP project linked to the worldview of artists affiliated with KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, featuring a story set in the virtual city of “Kamitsubaki City.”
It has been decided that the project will be adapted into an anime for the first time, and the second main promotional video has been released in conjunction with the release of the early theatrical version, “Kamitsubaki City Under Construction- Witchling – Daughter of a Witch”, today.
The PV also features the first performance of the opening theme song “Utahime” by the virtual artist group “VWP,” comprised of the five prominent cast members of the series: Kafu, Rima, Harusaruhi, Isekai Joso, and Yukihiro.
Additionally, additional casting information was announced, with Midorikawa Hikaru playing the role of a mysterious character, and distribution information was also released.
The early cinema version currently showing, “Kamitsubaki City Under Construction. Witchling – Daughter of a Witch”, is a limited screening for two weeks, featuring 5.1ch sound for cinema screenings, and is composed of original cuts from episodes that aired before the TV series.
