The synopsis and stills from the first episode of the TV anime “Onmyou Kaiten Re: Birth,” which is set to begin airing on July 2, have been released.

This is the first original TV animation produced by David Production, the creator of the “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” series. To save the life of the heroine Tsukimiya, whom Takeru, a hot-blooded Yankee high school student, met in “Denji Heiankyo,” where he was transferred after an accident, he repeatedly time-leaps against the threats that befall “Denji Heiankyo.” It is an unpredictable time-leap rescue drama in which Takeru encounters Tsukimiya and the strongest onmyoji, Abe no Seimei, many times and resists a harsh fate with an indomitable spirit.

In the first episode, “I’ll never admit defeat, even if I die! A delinquent rises to Dengi Heiankyo!”, the delinquent high school student Takeru Narihira spends his days growing fond of Tsukimiya, a mysterious girl who appears to him in his dreams.

One day, Takeru falls off a cliff in an accident and wakes up to find Tsukimiya, the girl he admires, in front of him. It is a different world called “Dengi Heiankyo” protected by onmyoji such as Abe no Seimei. Tsukimiya treats Takeru as a suspicious person, and he ends up wandering the city. Suddenly, a black mist envelops the town, and strange monsters begin attacking the people.

The stills from the first episode show Takeru confused by the events in “Dengi Heiankyo.” Additionally, the PV and visuals of Tsukimiya (voiced by Uchida Maaya), the heroine of this work, whom Takeru meets in the other world, have also been released. What will be the outcome of Takeru and Tsukimiya’s fateful encounter? Additionally, an online-only preview will be held on June 28, featuring live appearances from the cast. The event will be live-streamed on the official Fuji TV Anime YouTube channel and will premiere episodes 1 and 2.

The opening and ending footage, which uses theme songs by Who-ya Extended and 9Lana, will also be shown for the first time. After the premiere, there will also be an after-talk with Kimura Taihi (voice of Takeru), Uchida Maaya (voice of Tsukimiya), Kimura Ryohei (voice of Abe no Seimei), and Ishikawa Kaito (voice of Atsunaga).
