‘Dragon Clan’ The second season of the popular Chinese anime will be broadcast in a Japanese dubbed version from October, featuring a battle with the Dragon King of the Earth and Mountains.

It has been announced that the Japanese dubbed version of the second season of the popular Chinese anime “Ryu-zoku -The Blazing Dawn-” (“Ryu-zoku II: The Mourner’s Eyes-“) will be broadcast and distributed in October. A teaser visual for the second season has also been released.

In the second season, Lu Mingfei, who successfully defeated the Bronze and Fire Dragon Kings, throws himself into the battle against the next of the four great rulers, the Earth and Mountain Dragon Kings. It has already been a year since Lu Mingfei enrolled in Cassel Academy, and in his second year, he teams up with Chu Zihan, one of the academy’s strongest dragon slayers.

On the way back to Cassel Academy after completing a mission in Xingu, the two meet Sha Mi, a freshman at the academy with an A-rank bloodline, and become friends with her. The three newly formed teams embark on a fierce mission to defeat the resurrected Earth and Mountain Dragon Kings.

Following the first season, Yamashita Daiki will appear as Lu Mingfei/Lu Mingfei and Ono Kensho as Chu Zihan/Chu Zihang.

The film is based on Jiang Nan’s full-length fantasy novel “Dragon Clan,” which has sold over 30 million copies. The story follows Lu Mingfei, a lonely young man who lives with his relatives away from his parents. Just before graduating from high school, he receives an invitation to attend Cassel Academy, which changes his life.

HANABARA Animation produced the first season of the anime, which has been popular, garnering a total of over 570 million views on the primary distribution platform, Tencent Video. The Japanese dubbed version of the first season was broadcast on TOKYO MX and other stations from April to June 2024.
