It is a spy action comedy in which the skilled spy “Tasogare” disguises himself as psychiatrist Lloyd Forger for a top-secret mission and lives as part of a “temporary family” with Anya, a psychic who can read other people’s minds, and Yoru, an assassin, while hiding their true identities from each other. Season 1 of the TV anime began airing in April 2022, followed by Season 2 in October 2023.
The first film in the series, ” SPY×FAMILY CODE: White,” was released in December 2023, drawing 4.44 million viewers and grossing over 6.2 billion yen. Season 3, the sequel to the TV anime, is set to begin airing in October. Abema’s official “SPY×FAMILY” free channel will broadcast all 37 episodes from Season 1 to Season 2 for free over six consecutive days from Tuesday, October 7th to Sunday, October 12th. Season 3 of the TV anime “SPY×FAMILY” will begin airing for free on “ABEMA Anime Channel 2” every Saturday from 11:30 PM starting Saturday, October 4th. During the Season 3 broadcast period, all episodes from Season 1 to the latest Season 3 will be available for free.
