MBC and Discovery Channel will jointly plan and produce the new entertainment program ‘We’re in the Family.’ On the 26th, a live streaming (real-time broadcast) to reveal the cast was held. The program said that it was not an official production presentation.
Singer Hong Kyung-in hosted the event on this day, featuring the performers Hoyoung Son (GOD), Yesung (Super Junior), Yubin (Wonder Girls), Eunkwang Seo (BTOB), Nayoung Lim (IOI), Hyunjae (The Boyz), Hyewon Kang (IZone), Xiaojun, Hendry, Yangyang (WAY V), Lee Daehwi (AB6IX), and Kim Kanghoon (child actor) attended.
‘We Got Family’ is a reality entertainment program that depicts the stories of K-pop stars who became family members. Wonder Girls Yubin, god Son Ho-young, and BTOB Seo Eun-Kwang will appear.
Yesung said about ‘We’re Family, “I have treasured my family since I was young. Many people are in a frustrating situation where they can’t see their family. I hope that it will be a good opportunity to look back on my family through broadcasting.”
Xiaojun, Hendry, and Yangyang, who are real foreigners, added, “I haven’t seen my family for about a year.”
Many K-pop stars, including the cast of this program, are unable to meet due to COVID-19. Yesung rejoices, saying, “Overseas fans can’t meet us in person. Seo Eun-Kwang said, “At first, I was worried and went in (recording). I thought it would be awkward if we spent the whole day together.
