Details such as the venue composition of “The Rose of Versailles Exhibition-Bell Roses Forever- ” to be held from September 17th at Tokyo City View (Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 52nd floor) have been clarified.

At the entrance of the elegant corridor, inspired by the Palace of Versailles, panels of the main characters Oscar, Marie Antoinette, Felsen, and Andre are displayed. It is said to create a space that invites visitors to the “The Rose of Versailles” world at once.

In the original manga corner, about 180 original drawings, including color illustrations by Riyoko Ikeda, will be exhibited along the story. The original drawings of the new book “Versailles Rose Episode Edition” will also be released for the first time in 40 years.

In addition, the actual dress, the image of a dress that Oscar wore only once in his life for the ball, will be exhibited. Created by students of the Bunka Fashion College haute couture department, it uses shiny silk fabric and thousands of beads.

In the Takarazuka Revue “The Rose of Versailles ” corner, the stage “Oscar’s Room” of the famous scene “Tonight Ichiya” where Oscar and Andre swear their love is reproduced, and stage costumes and props, posters of past performances and design drawings of costumes are reproduced. Materials such as are also exhibited. In addition, there is also a corner where the TV anime version and the nostalgic goods of “The Rose of Versailles” are gathered together.

The exhibition will be held from September 17th to November 20th at Tokyo City View (Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 52nd floor). The holding time and admission fee are undecided. After the Tokyo exhibition, the Osaka exhibition will be held from November 30th to December 12th at the Hankyu Umeda Gallery on the 9th floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka. Information such as other patrol destinations will be announced as soon as it is decided.
