Episode 45 of the anime “Jujutsu Kaisen ” surprised even fans of the original manga with its bold, original elements. The unique plot, in which Aoi Todo (voiced by Subaru Kimura) teams up with his biggest fan, the idol “Takada-chan” (voiced by Tomoyo Kurosawa), has been met with mixed reactions of bewilderment and praise from viewers.

The “Shibuya Incident” arc is set in the bustling Shibuya Station area during Halloween, and features a fierce battle between sorcerers, cursers, and cursed spirits. In episode 44, when Toudou activates his Black Flash, a mysterious image plays along with Takada’s voice saying “Tantaka-tan,” an original scene from the anime.

Some have commented that this scene is like a dream you have when you have a high fever, and in the following episode 45, the original exchange between Toudou and Takada is even more impressive.

During the battle with the special-grade cursed spirit, Mahito (CV: Shimazaki Nobunaga ), Takada’s song was played, and a scene was shown in which Todo and Takada joined forces to counterattack, with the caption “This is based on Todo’s image.”
