In this work, there are various opinions centered on empathy, such as “I can see a chain on my leg” and “It’s a corporate warrior. It will be released by changing the class to an entrepreneurial warrior.” It’s gathering. What kind of thought is put into this work that was created from your own experience?

Gunpla fever reignites during medical treatment after breaking the body at a “black company” –
“company slave Gundam” announced on SNS is a hot topic It has become. How did you come up with the idea for this work?
It was created for YouTube videos. It seems that videos with topics such as “routine videos of company slaves” and “there is a company slave” are popular on YouTube, so I decided to make it with Gunpla because I had experienced it.
–Your own experience?
[Today] Yes. The company I joined as a new graduate was a so-called “black company,” and it was not uncommon for me to work overtime for 100 hours a month, and the environment was rough. When I first joined the company, I didn’t have the words “black company” and “company slave,” but I spent most of the day at the company and returned to the company dormitory. The word was perfect …
It’s a “black company” that looks like a picture.
I often boast that the same period when I was working was “overtime XX hours this month,” “I haven’t slept for XX hours,” and “XX consecutive work.” I was amazed, but the synchronization image seemed to be a dog connected to the company’s chain, although the words are inadequate. The situation at that time was also linked, and it became the image of this “company slave Gundam.”
It was a great experience.
In such an environment, I got sick and had to quit and retired. However, during the medical treatment, the Gunpla fever reignited and led to the present.

Why did you use “RG Gundam” as the base for this work?
I chose the first Gundam RX-78 because it was for the first new (sub) channel on YouTube. The reason for RG is that it is convenient to put it in a frame state and have good parts division.
Please tell us the parts you struggled with and the parts you were particular about when making this work.
I thought that “the iron ball of the legcuffs is indispensable,” so I used the Gundam hammer of MG Gundam ver2.0 in addition to RG Gundam and filled the hole with putty to make it a ball. The bag is also engraved with a shield and stored in a shape that looks like it. I decided to make it without using any other kits and plastic boards. Since it is an RG, it was convenient to use many small parts such as the eyes and ears. I think I could make a good face as if I had lost my emotions (laughs).
When you look at the works announced on Twitter, the so-called “news” works are anthropomorphic Gundam, such as the appearance of falling asleep in the bath, and incredible everyday scenery is drawn. There are various modelers in Gunpla, such as those who think realistically based on historical facts, those who knit stories with if settings, those who make with a completely different world view, but these works are also fun.
“I fell asleep in the bath” was a real experience at the time when I just got a job. To move the viewers’ emotions, of course, Gunpla’s works of excellent quality are, but I thought it would be one way to express a specific story in daily life with Gunpla and have them sympathize with it.
I feel the diversity of Gunpla.
When I made this work, I realized that I could express the satire of society with Gunpla. When I try to make it like this, I feel that Gunpla is just material. You can make it according to the instructions or separate the parts and combine something else from there. In the play “Gundam Build Fighters,” a line said, “Gundam model can be made with any free idea,” but it is a favorite word that verbalized my belief.
