The anime My Hero Academia (Hiroaka) is based on the hugely popular manga series by Kohei Horikoshi. It is currently being serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” and has sold over 100 million copies worldwide. Set in a world where about 80% of the population has some supernatural ability called “quirks,” the story follows the growth, battles, and friendships of the main character, Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, and his classmates.
