‘Challenging animation’ ‘Cool camerawork’ Shin vs Mafuyu, a dynamic in-flight battle with bullets and kicks flying, creates a buzz in episode 17 of the anime ‘SAKAMOTO DAYS’

In the 17th episode of the anime “SAKAMOTO DAYS,” which began airing on August 18th, Asakara Shin (voiced by Shimazaki Nobunaga) and new character Seiba Mafuyu (voiced by Yamashita Daiki) engaged in a fierce battle. The two characters’ battle was depicted with bold camerawork and fast-paced animation, drawing praise online for being “much more challenging than ever before.”

In episode 17, “Have a nice flight,” Shin confronts Mafuyu, a JCC transfer exam candidate, on an airplane. Mafuyu says, “I’m a clean freak, so I don’t like to get my hands dirty,” and pulls out a blade hidden in his shoe. He then relentlessly launches a kick attack aimed at Shin’s face. Shin quickly bends his upper body to avoid the blade and retaliates with his gun. Even so, Mafuyu remained undeterred and launched a furious attack with swift movements.
