Episode 1 Synopsis: When the Dead Refuse to Disconnect

The story begins with Enjo Sori, a young man who earns money as a controversial online streamer. Despite the negative attention surrounding his activities, Enjo’s motivation is deeply personal: he wants to support his beloved younger sister, Himari.

One night, Enjo’s life is suddenly turned upside down when a mysterious figure appears and tells him a chilling truth:

“Your sister died a month ago.”

Before Enjo can process the shock, something even more disturbing happens. Himari—who is supposed to be dead—appears on Enjo’s smartphone screen as a “ghost account.” She exists digitally, trapped between life and death, unable to move on.

Powerless to save her, Enjo is consumed by despair. At that moment, as if responding to his overwhelming desire to protect his sister, blue flames erupt from his smartphone, awakening a hidden power within him. This marks the beginning of Enjo’s involvement in a dangerous world where spirits are bound to data, networks, and online identities.
