Disney’s all-new animated film, “Hexed,” is scheduled for release in November 2026! New cast members for “Zootopia 2” were also announced. The film tells an all-new, original story centered around a shy teenage boy and his perfectionist mother.
The story unfolds when the boy discovers he may possess magical powers that could transform a “secret magical world.” “Hexed” is scheduled for release in the US in November 2026. Josie Trinidad and Jason Hand will direct, with Roy Conli and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster-Jones serving as producers.
At Destination D23, new cast members for Zootopia 2 were announced, including Yvette Nicole Brown (Bealones Bear and the paramedic otter) and Patrick Warburton (Mayor Winddancer), who appeared onstage. In Zootopia 2, rookie police officers Judy (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick (voiced by Jason Bateman) are tasked with investigating a central mystery after the sudden appearance of Gary (voiced by Ke Huy Quan). This snake plunges Zootopia into chaos.
Their bond is tested more than ever as they go undercover in an unexpected location. Yvette Merino produces Zootopia 2 and also stars Shakira, Quinta Brunson, and Fortune Feimster. Zootopia 2 is scheduled for release in the US on November 26, 2025, and in Japan on December 5, 2025.
