The sixth episode of the new TV anime series “Hell Teacher Nube,” a popular manga serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” (Shueisha), entitled “The Mystery of Teketeke,” will be broadcast on July 30th on TV Asahi’s anime slot “IMAnimation W.”

This is the first time a new anime series has been produced in about 26 years. The latest anime series is also attracting attention as Okiayu Ryutaro, who plays the main character Nube, also known as Nueno Meisuke, and Morikawa Toshiyuki, who plays Tamamo Kyosuke, will be reprising their roles.

Makoto learns of the “Teketeke Legend,” a hot topic on the internet, and becomes consumed by its terror. Believing the rumor that “it will appear to anyone who hears this story within three days,” Makoto becomes consumed with anxiety.

Soon, mysterious events begin to occur around him, and he becomes frightened by the sounds of railroad crossings and ghostly presences. Then, on the third day, “it” finally appears. Driven to a corner by fear with no way to escape, Makoto desperately calls for help.

“Hell Teacher Nube” is a manga written by Makura Sho and illustrated by Okano Tsuyoshi, which was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 1993 to 1999.

The story follows Nueno Meisuke (Nube), a psychic teacher who is assigned to Domori Elementary School, who solves one case after another with the power of the “demon hand” that resides in his left arm. An anime TV series aired from 1996 to 1997. An anime movie was also released, and an original video animation (OVA) was also produced.
