The third season of the TV anime “One-Punch Man,” which began airing on TV Tokyo and other networks on October 5th, concluded its run on Sunday, December 28th. Following its broadcast, it was announced that the sequel, “Season 3, Part 2,” will air in 2027.
Along with the release of information about the final episode, a teaser visual and special trailer were released, hinting at a clash between Saitama and Garou.
The teaser visual also depicts Saitama and Garou facing off. It was also announced that the first exhibition celebrating the 10th anniversary of the anime “One-Punch Man,” the “Anime 10th Anniversary One-Punch Man Exhibition,” will be held at the Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbo Park in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, from June 26th to July 20th, 2026.

“One Punch Man” work information
“One-Punch Man” is an anime series based on the manga by ONE (the original author of “Mob Psycho 100”) and Yusuke Murata (the manga artist of “Eyeshield 21”), which is currently being serialized on the webcomic site “Tonari no Young Jump” (Shueisha).
The original manga series has sold over 30 million copies, making it immensely popular. The first season of the anime aired on TV in October 2015, followed by a sequel in 2019. For the third season of the anime, as with the first and second seasons, Tomohiro Suzuki will be in charge of series composition, Makoto Miyazaki will be in charge of music, and Shinjiro Kuroda and Ryosuke Shirakawa will be joining the cast as new character designers. JCSTAFF will be in charge of production, just like with the second season.
Additionally, the cast information is the same: Makoto Furukawa will play Saitama, Hikaru Midorikawa will play Garou, and Daisuke Namikawa will play Professor Jenius (the special news narrator).
