My mother loves Urusei Yatsura. Therefore, the story passed down from her mother to her child is now a legend. It was created before I was born and is still loved by many people, and it is a living legend of Japan.
Please tell us about Ten’s charm, what you want to cherish in playing the role, and what you look forward to.
If you think she’s a selfish kid, she can suddenly become dependable, and even though she’s knowledgeable, she has a specific interest in sexy things… She shows a lot of different expressions, and she’s full of charm. The first direction I received during the post-recording was to make it loud enough to make you cry. I want to act loud and cute.
Ryunosuke Fujinami (CV: Ayayo Takagaki) is A beautiful girl with short hair raised by her father, who runs her beach teahouse as a “strong child who can stand up to the sea.” However, he is quarrelsome and foul-mouthed.

This work has been familiar to me since I was a child, and it was a work close to me at a time when my admiration for the world of anime and voice actors increased. I came across Rumiko Takahashi’s works from “Ranma 1/2”, and before I knew it, I came to like “Urusei Yatsura” as well! When I was a kid, I used to take to a rental video store once a week to rent anime and read manga, and I especially liked Tenchan. I also liked the theme song and often sang the OP and ED collection albums at home! As a student, I used to use Urusei Yatsura goods such as pouches and bags, and I still use some of them.
Please tell us about Ryunosuke’s charm, what you want to cherish in playing that role, and what you look forward to.
Ryunosuke, who was brought up as a manly heir to the Hamachaya, is quick to fight because he often clashes with his father and is strong, but he also has a naive, serious, and pure side. Cooler than anyone! And the cuter part you sometimes show is endearing and attractive. So while respecting Ryunosuke, who I used to watch and was familiar with, I will head towards the work with all my might!
Ryunosuke’s father (CV: Shigeru Chiba): The third generation of the historic Hamachaya (Umi no Ie). Whenever he talks about anything with Ryunosuke, he immediately starts fighting.

[Chiba] Actors with various backgrounds worked together in a battlefield-like setting. It was a precious work that allowed me to make discoveries and intuitive acting experiments every time.

If you recognize Ryunosuke as a “girl,” you have to accept that you will become someone’s wife and leave yourself one day. As a father, this must never happen and must be stopped! That’s why I’m raising and educating Ryunosuke as a “boy”! I am enjoying playing with such thoughts in my heart.
