“Tounome and Human Woman” is a love comedy about an invisible gentleman, Tounome Akira, and a blind, gentle human woman, Yako Shizuka, who are attracted to each other. Azakami Yohei will play Tounome, and Nukui Yuuka will play Shizuka. The teaser PV will be the first to reveal the character voices of Tounome and Yako. The voice videos were also released on the official TV anime TikTok ( @tomeiotoko_anime ). Voice videos of other characters will be released on TikTok in the future.
The director and series composition will be Seta Mitsuho, and the animation will be produced by Project No.9. Also, today, July 10th, the 7th volume of the original manga will be released. In addition to the serialized version in JOUR (Futabasha), four new short stories, each drawn by a different artist, are also included.

Comment from Azakami Yohei (playing Tounome Akira): I’m Azakami Yohei, who plays Tounome Akira. This is my second time playing this role… There was a program in the past where we did a “dubbing of manga frames,” and coincidentally, the subject was “Invisible Man and Human Woman.”
That was the first time I came into contact with the original work, and although there were only a few lines, I was able to play Tounome. I was fascinated by the warm and gentle atmosphere of the work and thought, “I hope that someday it will be animated and I will be able to play Tonogan-san,” but I was honored to be given the role, and I felt it was fate. I value the “feeling” of this work more than the “watching,” and I am approaching the dubbing with that in mind. And I would be happy if the warmth that is conveyed through the work reaches everyone, even if only a little. Thank you very much.
Comment from Nukui Yuka (voicing Yoka Shizuka): I am Nukui Yuka, who will be voicing Yoka Shizuka. It was initially my favorite work…! I wanted to be the voice, so I took on the audition. I am pleased… and honored. Yoka-san is a pure, playful, and sulky woman who tends to be a little delusional because she has no experience in love… she is a very lovable woman.
The recording of this work is a “pre-scoring” method, where the video is created after the audio is recorded. So, together with the cast, I was able to feel the distance between our hearts, the atmosphere, and the things that cannot be “seen” by the eyes, and it was a lot of fun and excitement to face them.
