It has been announced that THE FIRST SLAM DUNK,” the new theatrical animated version of Takehiko Inoue’s classic basketball manga ” “SLAM DUNK,” will be shown again for one day only on January 23, 2024. Details such as screening theaters and times will be announced later.

Bonuses for the Blu-ray Disc (BD) and DVD of the same work’s 4K ULTRA HD version were also announced. Bonus footage includes over 5 and a half hours of footage of director Takehiko Inoue’s interview conducted for the overseas release, the talk event “ COURT SIDE in THEATER ” held at the theater, and the live broadcast conducted during the movie’s release.
