This is the fourth season of the TV anime series based on the novel of the same name by Aneko Yusagi. It depicts the exploits of the Shield Hero, Iwatani Naofumi. In the fourth season, the story unfolds as Raphtalia’s life is targeted by assassins from a country called Kutenrou. In the first episode, “Silt Welt,” Naofumi and his friends travel to Silt Welt. In this demi-human country, he only ferries to Kutenrou, in preparation for negotiations with Kutenrou.
