TV anime 2nd season ‘KEEL’ visual & PV released Ending theme is Shytorp.

The visuals and promotional video for the “KEEL Arc” of WIND BREAKER Season 2, the second season of the TV anime WINDBREAKER, have been released. The series is based on the popular Yankee manga by Nii Satoru, which is currently serialized on Kodansha’s web manga service Magapoke.

The visual features Sakura Haruka and others and is accompanied by the copy, “Don’t underestimate the wind chimes!” The second season will air on the late-night anime slot Super Animeism TURBO on MBS/TBS from April 3.

It was also announced that the band Shytorp will be responsible for the ending theme, “It’s Me.” “Shytorp” commented, “We are delighted to be involved in the production of ‘WIND BREAKER’ through music. When we face ourselves, we experience doubts and pain, but in the midst of that, we encounter those we need to protect and the value of what we believe in and begin to realize our true strength. This is their song and our song. Thank you.” The popular group “SixTONES” will oversee the opening theme.

The second season’s pre-screening event, “VS KEEL Pre-Show Battle,” will be held at United Cinema Aquacity Odaiba (Minato-ku, Tokyo) on March 29. Voice actors Yuuma Uchida, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Junya Enoki will attend.

“WIND BREAKER” began serialization on Magapoke in January 2021. It depicts Sakura Haruka, who enrolls in Furin High School, a school notorious for being an extremely delinquent school, who becomes a member of Boufurin, which protects the town and fights the first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2024.
