“Are there any Doo outbreaks?” is the ninth work in the “POKETOON” series, which focuses on one Pokémon and features an original story and diverse art. The one-minute animation shows a girl who is surprised to meet Paldea’s Wooper for the first time, and many Doo gather around her, creating a video filled with Doo. The animation was produced by Studio Colorido, known for “Penguin Highway,” “Pokémon Sword and Shield,” and the original web animation “Wings of Twilight.”
