The ninth volume, the final volume of the manga ” Idaten in the Peaceful Generation,” adapted into a TV anime in 2021, was released on October 29th. To commemorate the publication, comments were received from the anime cast members Paku Romi, Ogata Megumi, and Horie Yui.

The work is a fantasy manga written by Tenhara of “Interspecies Reviewers,” serialized in “Young Animal” (published by Hakusensha), and illustrated by Cool Kyou Shinja of “Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid .” About 800 years have passed since the god of war “Idaten” sealed away the demons. Still, one day, a demon appears before Idaten Hayato and his friends, who have lived in a peaceful era, and a three-way war for survival between gods, humans, and demons unfolds.

The full comments from the anime cast are as follows. [Paku Romi (role of Hayato)] Congratulations on the completion of “Idaten in the Peaceful Generation”! I haven’t read it yet. I’m scared to read it. Is it finished? I’m reading it with a sense of unease… [Ogata Megumi (role of Isly)] I couldn’t predict the ending of Idaten, with its unpredictable developments (lol). I’m looking forward to reading it! I want to meet Hayato and Paula again as Isly. [Horie Yui (role of Paula)] Congratulations on the final volume! I’m sad it’s over, but more than that, I’ve been curious to see how it will end! I’ll read it right away.
