Following last year, ABEMA announced that it will be the official promotional partner of AnimeJapan 2025, one of the world’s largest anime festivals. The event will include free live broadcasts, a limited-time channel opening, and streaming-related works.

“AnimeJapan” is one of the world’s largest anime festivals, which started in 2014. Last year, it recorded over 130,000 visitors. This year, the 12th time the event is held, it will be held at Tokyo Big Sight East Exhibition Hall 1-8 Halls on Saturday, March 22nd, and Sunday, March 23rd, 2025, following on from last year. One hundred seventeen companies will exhibit, the most significant number ever, and Sakurazaka46 has also been appointed as an ambassador.

The “AJ Stage” will feature voice actors and other special guests from popular anime works and upcoming anime titles. There are 52 stages in total. In addition to the RED, GREEN, and BLUE stages, the WHITE stage will be newly added this year. This will make this year’s “AnimeJapan” even more powerful, and much attention is being focused on it.

With ABEMA now being selected as the official promotional partner of “AnimeJapan 2025,” the “AnimeJapan Channel” will be launched. Four channels, the RED, GREEN, BLUE, and WHITE Stage Channels, will be open for a limited time.

In addition, from the “AJ Stage,” where you can enjoy talk events and live performances of popular works, a total of 32 stages including 12 stages that will be exclusively broadcast live by ABEMA, such as ” Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-” and “The “Gachi” Stage” featuring the cast of the TV anime “Gachi Act” will be broadcast live for free on each stage’s channel for two days, March 22nd (Sat) and 23rd (Sun).

In addition, ahead of the event, each channel will broadcast free marathons of titles participating in “AnimeJapan 2025.” Popular titles such as “Oshi no Ko,” ” Jujutsu Kaisen,” ” Tokyo Revengers,” and ” SAKAMOTO DAYS ” will be broadcast free of charge one after another from Monday, March 17th.
