9,000 NFTs based on the anime ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ sold in one day jointly developed by YOAKE and OpenSea

YOAKE Entertainment has partnered with the world’s largest NFT marketplace, OpenSea, to announce that the first official NFT collection of the popular anime series ” The Seven Deadly Sins,” “YOAKE & The Seven Deadly Sins Anime Series,” will be available for sale on March 25th.

This NFT collection will be deployed on Sony Group’s Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain, “Soneium.” The NFT content is a digitalized version of the scene from “The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed by Light,” in which the main character Meliodas and his brother Zeldris drink together under the sun (see image below).

The price is 0.002 ETH and will be sold in unlimited quantities for 72 hours (until 2:00 p.m. on the 28th). “The Seven Deadly Sins” is an internationally popular work that has been translated into more than 18 countries, and the anime version is distributed in about 190 countries through Netflix.

The original comic series, including the sequels, has sold over 55 million copies. Through this partnership, YOAKE Entertainment, founded by Twin Planet, Asobisystem, W Tokyo, and others, is promoting a global strategy of disseminating Japanese content.
