The anime project for ” Idolish Seven ” has been restarted, and it has been decided that the fourth season of the TV anime and a movie compilation of the first season will be produced. This was announced during the “10th Anniversary Year Commemorative Live Broadcast! ~Let’s Do Idolish!~” broadcast on January 25th.
“Idolish Seven,” which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025, is a large-scale media mix project that depicts the growth story of 16 idols belonging to groups such as “IDOLiSH7” from Takanashi Entertainment Agency, “TRIGGER” from Yaotome Agency, and “Re: vale” from Okazaki Agency through anime, game apps, comic books, music development, etc. The first season of the TV anime was broadcast in 2018, the second season, “Second BEAT!” in 2020, and the third season “Third BEAT!” (split into two courses) from 2021 to 2023.
The fourth season of the TV anime will depict the story that continues from the third season, “Third BEAT!”. In addition, it has been decided that a theatrical compilation of the first season, which aired in 2018, and “Anti-Conflict Quarter,” a film adaptation of a story focusing on the four-member group “ŹOOĻ (Zool)” belonging to Tsukumo Production, which is distributed in the game app version, will be produced.
A new development titled “App IDOLiSH7 A New Beginning” is also planned for the game app version. TRIGGER’s third album, “Trois,” will be released on March 12th. A part of the lead track “Triple Down” was released during “10th Anniversary Year Commemorative Live Broadcast! ~IDOLiSH7 Let’s Do It!~”. The price is 8,470 yen for the first limited edition, which includes a bonus CD and acrylic stand, and 3,850 yen for the regular edition.
The archive of “10th Anniversary Year Commemorative Live Broadcast! ~Let’s Do IDOLiSH7!~”, which featured Ono Kensho as Nanase Riku, Saito Soma as Kujo Ten, Tachibana Shinnosuke as Sen, and Hirose Yuya as Inoki Yu, can be viewed until February 1st. The “10th Anniversary Year Commemorative Announcement PV”, which summarizes the contents of the announcement, has also been released.
