“Witch Watch” is based on a popular manga serialized in Shueisha’s “Weekly Shonen Jump” magazine, which has sold over 3 million copies. Nico (CV: Kawaguchi Rina), who is training to become a witch, ends up living with her childhood friend Morihito Otogi (CV: Suzuki Ryota ), a high school student with the powers of a demon.
Nico is excited to be reunited with her childhood friend. At the same time, Morihito has a mission as a familiar to protect Nico from a predicted disaster—unpredictable troubles caused by Nico’s magic, a boy and girl of marriageable age living together.
This fantastical, magical comedy by Kenta Shinohara, who also worked on “SKET DANCE” and ” Astra Lost in Space,” depicts the mysterious and challenging days ahead.
